Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(Why did the government ban hard liquor commercials?),it will help you,my kids.

I think arround 50 year ago, they banned hard liquor. I need to know why they did and why mike's hard lemonade is still advertised.

Answer:
It was a slow day in the legislature that day. Nothing better to do.
um...........
Commercials weren't banned. It was suggested that they not advertise and they didn't. Now they have decided to advertise and there is no law against it. It was never against the law to advertise liquor.
Really no need to advertise an addictive substance. They make so much profit and we pay so much taxes on that junk that they do PSAs', you know, for the kids.
Reach 18 you cannot drink in many sates, but you can pay the taxes, join the army and kill or be killed for ,,something.
I see them on tv all the time like the goose brand and the tanquera or however u spell it. I also see that one commercial where they put in reverse and then play it back and the guy is saying no thanks I'm driving but it's for a liquor. They just have something at the end of all of them about drinking responsibly.
There has never been a ban on hard liquor advertising. There was, by mutual consent, a self-imposed moritorium on television advertising by the distilled spirits industry. But the government was never involved.

By the way, Mike's Hard Lemonade is not a hard liquor; it is a malt beverage, which makes it closer to a beer.
Here in the US they're not banned. Where are you at?
I just saw a Grey Goose commercial yesterday...
I dont think there was ever a ban...
