Its weird but although I'm american, I always start speaking with a scottish accent when I'm drunk.

Answer:
I can relate; a girl I dated used to start talking with an English accent when she drank and I don't think she'd ever even been to England or anywhere like that. If she drank enough she wouldn't be able to stop; it was the cutest thing. I get the idea that she used to goof around and talk with an English accent when she was younger, but I don't think she even knew why it came out after a few drinks. So I don't know why, but at least you're not the only one. People do tend to feel more free when they drink; maybe you have some suppressed desire to speak with a Scottish accent.
You either like or hate Scotland too much.
Maybe you're drinking scotch?? LOL
You speak with a scottish accent when you're drunk, because you're drunk.
do you live in Pennsylvania
Maybe you are were a Scot in a previous life? Or maybe you just think you sound Scotish when you are drinking?
or maybe ur just weird....
It's your inner desire to be of a clan. It comes out when u are drunk.
Maybe you were a scottish dunk in your past life
You only THINK that you are speaking in a Scottish accent, because you are drunk. To everyone else, you probably sound incoherent.
Lol ,that might be always in your mind ..
