When i have too much salt on my food I get very thirsty and drink a lot. However I dont think you can drink too much water. 8 glasses a day they say! :)
If you're talking about alcohol, That's a tough one. I've had that problem since i was 18. You're not the only one who drinks too much.
maybe you have a problem with alcohol and you should seek help.

Whatever the reason it must stop now!! Water is a terrible liquid and only fit for washing with or cooking.
What surprises me most is the price of a bottle of water, its about the same as a beer who in their right mind would buy a bottle of pink water when they can buy a pint of beer for the same price? Has the world gone mad? If some folk are addicted to this stuff why don't they drink it from the tap then spend the money more wisely on beer in the bar?
The ancient Egyptians had beer as a staple every day drink, look at the things they built,you don't see monuments like that being built now do you? You want to know why, because everyone is addicted to pink water at ￡2.50 bottle.
