If you are asking an inane question like this then perhaps you have been drinking too much of both.
Just a hunch but i'm guessing you've been sucking back on a little bit of both of those
It doesn't matter what form the alcohol comes in, it the units. Light beer has only slightly less alcohol than regular beer.
1 Unit of alcohol =
1.5 ounces of spirits
10 ounces of beer
5 ounces of wine
The only difference is the taste.
