just to clarify something its not illegal in any country that i know of to drink the stuf, some its illegal to sell or make the stuff but in most you can legally own and drink the stuff
yeah different ways of drinking it for different effect
most people say to drink it mixed with a sugar cube and topped off with water into a glass with only 1 shot of absinthe in it
and true drink a few shots and ull be wasted but in no way is it a narcotic or even addictive however it can havea bitter taste hence the use of sugar
