Perhaps online if Emeril has a website. Or perhaps the Food Channel website. Doesn't it just make ya crazy when he doesn't give the quantities? He gives a dash and a bit of this and that but nothing exact. And what exactly is in his "zest". It's the way I cook but I still think he ought to show us exactly what he's doing since he has the show!
