Keep feeling tired at 3ish everyday and would love to give that feeling the owl heave ho

Answers:
Mixed nuts, dried apricots, dried apple rings are all good energy boosters, without alot of calories!

Other Answers:
CHOCOLATES, CHOCOLATES and more CHOCOLATES, unless of course, you're bothered about the calories and your figure.

have some vitamins and take Dates(kinda fruit and it is sweet) Try some nuts, or something with protein. And make sure youre not having a high sugar lunch, that can make you sluggish. You may also want to try vitamins or excersice.

Chocolate does increase energy levels however, it causes a major drop after a while. Foods like pasta, rice and banana's give slow release's of energy, but keep you moving for longer. I train 5 times a week and because im at work in the day i need something thats going to last me from 5 til 8. I have pasta, rice and things like that.

If you're getting sluggish at 3ish, the likely cause is a dip in your blood sugar. The best way to help this is to eat something high in protein (at least 7 grams of protein). Avoid sugars and caffeine (especially chocolate!!!) because they will give you a momentary blood sugar rush, but then make you crash. Also, drink plenty of water or a V8.

Good snacks:
Anything with peanut butter (i.e. on crackers, celery, etc)
Pepperoni and cheese on crackers
Yogurt
Cheese slices
A glass of milk
Mixed nuts or trail mix (low-sodium mixes)
Tuna on crackers

My dietician (I have a bloodsugar disorder and have to watch for the sluggishness because it quickly lapses into something worse)
