Hopefully you went to their site and within your area code you could find it. I live in the northeast and we have it in our stores...if by chance you can't find it here is a recipe to make your own version because as you said you didn't find it with seach engines and neither did I and I have a lot of copykat web sites...good luck

I have it and I am not sharing.

Usually any major supermarket should carry it. I know Entenmanns is easier to find in the northeast then anywhere else. Try http://www.entenmanns.com/ and see if you can order from there, other then that, like I said, check your local supermarket.

EDIT: After looking around on that site, all you can do is type in your zip code and it brings up a list of foods available in your area, and it tells you where to get it!

Entermann's Cream cheese coffee cake is a variation of what we call Swedish Kringle.
It is made in 2 parts. The crust and the filling.
Crust:
1 cup flour 1/2 cup butter 1 Tbsp. water
Combine ingredients and pat into a 9 X 7 baking pan

Filling 1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
Heat together water and butter. When the butter is completely melted remove from heat and add flour all at once. Stir until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well arter each addition. Stir in flavoring. Drop onto uncooked crust. Bake 45 minutes to1 hour at 350 degrees.

Now, Entermans took 1 - 8oz. block of cream cheese and beat it with an egg and 1/4 cup sugar. and stuck it in between the crust and the filling.
Then they topped it off with an icing glaze made from mixing powdered sugar, butter and milk to the right consistncy and added 1/2 tsp. almond extract and put it on the cake while it was still slightly warm.
