I use epicurious.com for most of my recipe hunting. You can register as a site user and keep your favorite recipes in an online "recipe box." Many of the recipes have been published in Bon Appetit or Gourmet. There's also a place for user reviews and tips where you'll find all sorts of good information like ingredient subtitutes, alteration recommendations, etc.
