Good side dish: Zucchini cut in slices or cubes with rosemary, garlic and olive oil out of the oven. Cappuccino
Using your warmed single group handle, dispense a single 7g shot and tamp your coffee into a firm, flat levelled cake.
Put the handle into the coffee making head, and watch the magical trickle into the cup.
For a great capp' we use 2 fl 0z of coffee base to a 6 0z cup. As the coffee drips, you should be discharging water from your steam lance and spinning your whole milk into a vortex. As the milk gets warm you can lower the jug so that one of the steam lance holes are above the surface. (Producing more density but not too much.)
You can either use a thermometer to measure the 120 degrees or hold your hand on the side of the jug, till the point of pain. Or some in the trade say ouch, 1,2,3 and off! But for health and safety reasons we should not promote this practice. The knack here is liaising your milk. Circulate the milk in the jug until you get one thickness.
Pour the milk into the cup, close to the edge. This leaves you with the beauty of the coffee presentation and the white cappuccino finish.
Top with your chosen chocolate flake, dusting etc. This coffee be intense, creamy and dreamy, as opposed to being strong and dry.
i lyk tat coffee ... hope u lyk it

So simple fast and easy and Kids love em!
- Using Boneless chicken thigh fillets, cut them into chunky pieces a little bigger than bite size.. About 2 thighs per person.
- in a large freezer bag put 2 parts of SR Flour to one part of Chicken Stock Powder. Shake to mix well.
- Put the all chicken pieces in the bag with the Flour Mix and thoroughly shake and coat the the chicken with the mix. When it is coated place the bag on the bench and press the mix into the chicken. I just lay the bag down and use my whole hand to press down on it... Do this several times and shake it well between presses.
Tip all of chicken into a large dry fry pan or wok. Do not add Cooking oils! Jus a dry hot pan.
Have the stove on a moderate to hot temperature and stir the chicken pieces regulary until they are a crispy golden brown in colour...
