Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(Filipino-Puto Sweet Bread Question?),it will help you,my kids.

I bought a box of this stuff, it's white puto cake mix. Is it like regular American style cake mix? Or what exactly do you eat it with?

Answers:
You can eat it warm, with butter.

Or as a side for "Dinuguan", the Filipino pork blood stew.

It's not like American-style cake mix because you don't bake it.
The Filipino puto has to be steamed.

Other Answers:
put some grated coconut, butter, or slices of mango. and drink it with hot chocolate, coffee, tea.
puto is similar to american spongecake, but lighter some say. I just asked my Filipino waitresses and they said there are lots of types of punto breads
They gave me this recipe:
2 3/4 cups cake flour
1 1/4 cups white sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 cup water, room temperature
2 eggs
1 cup butter or margarine, softened

1. Mix together the cake flour, sugar and baking powder.
Pour in the water and evaporated milk and stir well. Mix
in the eggs and butter or margarine.
2. Pour the mixture into molds or muffin pans and steam
for 10-15 minutes. Top with grated cheese.
