I find that lactaid isn't really helpful, so I just avoid dairy altogether (don't worry I'm a vegetarian so i get plenty of calcium from my dark green leafy veggies!).
I'm just looking for some ideas. :) Thanks!! :)
Answers:
I'm a vegan, so I use all kinds of dairy alternatives! I find that soymilk (Silk's is absolutely delicious!) is a great way to get your calcium. Almond, oat, rice and coconut milk also have a good amount of calcium.
Fake cheeses, yogurts, and ice creams are also available in the organic section of your grocery store, and they also taste pretty good! Tofu is a pretty good source of calcium as well.
Cream of wheat is also pretty high in calcium.

I don't know this from personal experience, but I have heard that products made from goat's milk don't cause the lactose intolerance the way that cow's milk does. Of course, you just need to get past the thought of goat's milk.
I'm in the LI club too. But, as you probably know, all LI people have different reactions to different dairy. I can eat yogurt, cheddar and swiss and I have no trouble digesting a calcium supplement (some LI people do), but that is all. Lactaid also does not help me at all.
I put 8th Continent original soy milk on my cereal and I found a great soy ice cream called Soy Dream. Most of the time, soy products taste pretty bad, but these are good. For the nutritional part, talk to your doctor about how much calcium you should be getting each day (it varies depending upon weight, age and ethnicity, etc.) and buy a calcium supplement with Vitamin D in it. I hope this helps!
I eat yogurt. I diet usually consist of authentic Chinese food (not americanized, authentic has more vegetarian varities), ethiopian (yes, ethiopia has a cuisine, best part is they rarely use any meat because it's expensive and hard to come by), Carribean style foods (again not big meat eaters). I eat meat, but a lot of it tends to slow you down and being a soccer player speed is everything.
So I eat things like Daro Wat, Vegetable Lasagna with lactose intolerent cheese, Vegetable Ramen, and Fried Okra (guilty pleasure). Frozen yogurt is ok after I take a Lactaid Tab.
