Well, never been to Canada, so maybe US? lol Maybe you can order a honey from US and canada, of same brand of honey, and do a taste test.

ill give u a simple way to test it despite the jar is closed : turn the jar upside down , so the honey will drop down towards the cover of the jar, now just watch for a thin line of honey to be exist from the bottom of the jar ( which is now up ). this film or line will last for hours never cuts. also the colour and smell
