If your girlfriend/wife wanted to bake some cookies for you, what kind would you ask her to make?
Answers:
I would ask for Hazelnut cookies. They are very good. You make them with finely ground hazelnuts and sweet cream butter.....the receipe is easy enough:
1 cup sifted flour
1/2 cup finely grind hazelnuts
1 stick sweet cream(unsalted)butter(no margarine please)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
3/4 cup of sugar
Mix all ingredients well, then knead dough until it is of a smooth texture(when you can form a ball and it sticks nowhere, then you got it right).
Roll out the dough and cut cookies with a cookie cutter.
Spray cookie sheet with PAM(or other)spray
Preheat oven to 350
Place cookies on cookie sheet, bake for 8-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
This should make around 20 or 25 cookies, depending on the size of your cookie cutter.

If I had a bf I would cook him chuncky chocolate chips. Assuming he isnt allergic and can eat anything he wants. I'd feel so guilty if what I cooked for him sent him to the ER so ask him about this too.
