All the suggestions are pretty good but they overlooked one.
"Summer time and the grilling is easy!" Grills can be expensive or not. If you get a cheap one, line the grill pan with aluminum foil. It protects the grill pan from rust and makes clean up lots easier. Make sure to double or triple the foil for extra stength (to hold the coals). You can grill chicken, burgers, hotdogs, steaks and even vegetables. Mske sure to keep the grill away from the house. Do not grill in the house, on the carport or porch. To do this means you may not have a home to worry about cooking in. In the meantime save any change you get and soon you will have the cash for a new or at least second hand stove.

A toaster oven! They are pretty cheap, you could even buy a second hand one. It is amazing what you can cook in a toaster oven! Anything at all...even a whole chicken! Anything you can cook in the oven you can cook in a toaster oven. They even come with recipe books! Trust me, I'm a chef and I had to be convinced of it, but once I was...I am all for it. Saves time too because things cook faster!
1magicmom is right...we forgot the bbq...and I use it all the time...lol! That and the crockpot! Do you have a crock pot? This is a great way to make meals, plus it doesn't heat up your home on hot days. You can find plenty of crock pot recipes on allrecipes.com.
You can also make 1 skillet meals, like beef stroganoff, swedish meatballs, goulash, etc.
If you can't afford to get your oven fixed, you might want to invest in a roaster too. You can bake in these large roasters like an oven. No not really. Sorry but you have to get it fixed. When you do try making creme brulee! ITs soooo good! Top it off with fresh fruit and stuff. Also try to bake an angel food cake. But until then, start saving ot GET IT FIXED! Hope that helps!
