Here are some friends with simlar question as we.And I have this question for many days,anyone help us?

I followed the derections and they always come out like cake. If I wanted cake I would have made cake, I want fudgy brownies. Please help.

If you're making from a box mix....as the box says, use one egg rather than two. If you're making from scratch, I would suggest doing the same. Hope it helps. It does for me! I also add peanut butter AND nuts. OMG, to die for!

Usually add one more egg to the mix, (thats what I do), or you could always buy a box at the store. You want to take AWAY an egg, not add one. The eggs are what makes it cake light. Try adding a little more oil and 1 less egg.


more milk chocolate and less egg

Remember eggs are about 80% water. So remove an egg but replace the egg with another liquid like milk or better yet add sour cream so you get additional fat.

5 Minute Fudge
12 oz. bag chocolate chips
12 oz. bag butterscotch chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
nuts, raisins, craisins, whatever you like in your fudge

Heat condensed milk over medium heat until it just starts to boil, add 12 oz. chocolate chips, 9 oz. butterscotch chips, nuts, etc. stirring constantly until chips melt. Pour into lightly buttered 9X9 pan, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Enjoy!
