Answers:
Reacipe name: Salty pancake

Amount/Measure/Ingredient:

Ingredients: 200 g wheat flour
250 ml milk
250 ml sparkling mineral water
150 g mushrooms
2 eggs
50 ml oil
1 teaspoon icing sugar
1 teaspoon salt
For the filling: 200 g mushrooms
1 tablespoon oil
1bunch parsley
1 clove garlic
1 coffee spoon black pepper, ground
50 g grated cheese for garnishing

Preparation:
Preparation: Whisk eggs with some milk in a mixing bowl, then gradually add flour, oil and the rest of the milk. Season with salt, sugar and pepper. Whisk well with a whisker. Let batter stand for half an hour. In the meantime, peel and slice mushrooms, and after adding salt, pepper, parsley fry in oil until soft. Mince or chop half the mushrooms finely and stir them into the batter. Before frying the first pancake, coat frying pan with a coffee spoon of oil. No more oil is needed as batter is "self-oiling".

Procedure: Fry pancakes in the usual way. Over medium heat fry one side for a minute or two, then using a wide blade knife turn pancake and fry other side, too. Place on a plate and fill with remaining mushrooms. Fold into triangle, serve hot.

Use Bisquick. It never fails. Why would you want it to be salty?
Use cake flour instead of regular flour, and the pancakes will come out thicker in texture. Eliminate sugar and use a couple tablespoons of ghee in the mix to give it good texture. It will come out tasting like a nice, pillowy naan bread, only it will be a little more compact in texture. You can spread it over the pan thin while cooking so that it has the same shape as crepes, then fill it with homemade fresh white cheese, and top it with a hollendaise sauce or a cheese sauce. Honestly, if you make pancakes as directed but don't but syrup on them, they are not that sweet by themselves and taste perfectly wonderful with butter alone. Good luck and Namaste!
why would you make salty cake??
If you try this, you'll never buy it in a box again!

Pancake mix:

2 cups flour
half teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
quarter teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar

Pancakes:

2 eggs seperated
2 cups milk
4 tablespoons melted butter
2 cups pancake mix

Method:

Whisk together egg whites and milk.
whisk together egg yolks and melted butter.
combine both in a bowl and whisk together.
If you desire, add 2 cups of fresh blueberries
to the mixture for blueberry pancakes.
Ladle mixture onto hot greased non-stick pan.
Enjoy!
Double or treble the mix formula and store in an
air-tight container.

use a ratio of one cup of flour to one teaspoon of baking powder. mix this together with a dash or two of ground cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg if you have it. You can use any flour you want in any combination, I recommend whole grain flours. Now, to this dry mixture you can add any combination of liquids you want to make it just runny enough to pour onto the griddle. I recommend a tablespoon of applesauce (or mashed ripe banana) per 1 1/2 cups of dry mix and then just enough water that the batter forms two 6 inch diameter pancakes. Make sure th griddle is hot enough. You want it to be about 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Check by dropping a droplet of water on it. If the water beads up and skips around on the griddle it is just hot enough. use a very lightly oiled griddle, but a poorly seasoned griddle may need more oil or nonstick spray for the first few cakes. pour batter onto griddle and wait until edges of pancakes begin to bubble then dry out. Do not flip until the entire outer edge of the pancake has dried out to at least a centimeter in. It may take a few before you get the griddle temp and everything perfect so expect to mess up the first few. The cook gets to eat those so its cool. A good way to make these pancakes salty is to use sunflower seeds. Just sprinkle the seeds on the griddle then pour the batter over them and proceed normally. You can also add any fruit to this batter, just remember that most fruits will add moisture to the pancake so adjust liquid accordingly. These pancakes are not by any means sweet, but very good and good for you.
use a blini receipt....buckwheat flour, milk, baking soda and powder (eggs if you eat them) salt.....season them like paratha to make them more Indian
