Get the real thing. Pork chittlings (brains) at the local grocery. You can order a brain mold for jello at this website:

My mother loved brains. (gag) When she cooked them they looked like dirty scrambled eggs to me. You might scramble an egg with dark food coloring then scramble five or six normally them mix them together.

You could take something round and put cooked spaghetti all over it and add foor coloring. I used to work with kids and at the Halloween party we always had a bowl full of spaghetti and the lights were out and they would stick their hands in it.
