Put on a good skin flick, then......Just kidding!

Actually, my Step mom makes a great one in a dutch oven.
Siere Pork in chunks about 1" x 1" x 3", tomato sauce, McCormick BBQ seasoning @ 1 TBSP per Qt, a little Cajun seasoning to taste.
Bake for 30 min @ 350,stir and cover @ 300 for two hours.
Separate large pieces on slotted spoon with fork.
Some dried minced garlic and onion will absorb excess moisture when done!

On Biscuits with coleslaw!

Q Mary We make it all the time at the vetran's club. Roast fresh picnics in a 375 degree oven till they start to fall apart. This may take a few hours. Let cool and cut off the bone. Then you take a big chef's knife and chop it or we have a kraut chopper and put it in a big canning pot with a 3/4 inch plywood in the bottom and chop the dickens out of it.
The kraut chopper is an old garden hoe that has been straightened out and the metal end sheared in half and sharpened really well.
