Answers:
Boil it in hot water for a couple hours and let it sit in the broth and the chicken will fall off! You can then put it in a food processor to shred it more. I use this method for BBQ and chicken salad. Good Luck!

I was going to say crock pot also. what I do is boil a pk of chicken breasts for 1 hr. Then let it cool off and then pull it apart with my fingers.
Boiling it is good if you don't have all day to wait for the crock pot. Depending on how much chicken you do, boil it for 30 minutes to an hour. Don't just stick the chicken in boiling water though. For a little more flavor, add to the water some onion, carrot and celery. You can use the broth afterward for soup.
