Yep, that's the trick... beat an egg in a microwave safe container..(I prefer my pyrex measuring cup for eggs)... add abit of milk to it, some salt and pepper and just nuke it.

Just put in a microwave safe bowl and beat them then put them in for about 2mins(based on ya microwave) no trick to it

yes, that's just about it.....just spray the bowl with PAM first....then they just slide out. and don't forget sitting time, keeps you from overcooking. If you cook it for one minute, then let it sit in the microwave for about another 30 seconds. if you are going to put it on a bagel you can put the egg in an empty plastic butter container (spray first) and it will be the perfect size for the bagel!!
you should use like a pyrex measuring cup, break your eggs and beat them in the cup and a little bit of water to them and beat again. I believe it is 45 seconds, but use your best judgement. Hope this helps! A little bit of onion or green pepper and some turkey bacon. Yum!
