you dont really you just learn to love the squeak!!!

Steam them.

steaming them may help...if all else fails get some ear plugs to put in while eating your beans. Add some butter and it wont squeak against your teeth anymore and it might be tasty.


the answer is to blanch them in vigourously boiling, salted water, 3 to 5 minutes, depending on the beans. I like 3 minutes... refresh them in ice cold water and when you nedd them, warm them in a pan with some butter and wathever you like.

I would try cooking them a while longer. Oh, by the way, your face kinda......
