BBQ sauce for ribs and chicken. sweat and sticky. easy to make. no fuss.

Answers:
BBQ Sauce

1 onion, sliced
1 lime sliced
1/2 cup strong black coffee
1/2 cup tomato paste
1/2 cup honey
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Tequilla
1 tsp. worchestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
<ix all together and brush on ribs or meat during the last 30 minutes of cooking time.

If it's for ribs, boil them first, enough so they are firm, smother with the sauce and leave to marinade over night in the fridge. Then chuck them on the bbq the next day and they are Fantastic. I've never had a bad batch.

Our entire family loves this easy sweet sticky BBQ sauce -

Norm’s Sweet & Sour BBQ Sauce

1-40 Oz Bottle Catsup
1-Cup White Vinegar
1-Cup Water
2-Cups White Sugar
1-Cup Brown Sugar
4-Tsp Onion Salt
2-Tsp Celery Salt
1-Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1-Tsp Ground Cloves
1-Tsp Ground Allspice
1/4-Cup Liquid Smoke

Mix all together in saucepan and heat to boiling. Reduce heat & simmer 1 hour.

Yield about 7 cups.


50 g butter or marge
1 large onion skinned & chopped
5 ml (1 tsp) tomato puree
30 ml (2tbsp) vinegar
30 ml (2tbsp) demerara sugar
10 ml (2 tsp) mustard powder
30 ml (2 tbsp) Worcestershire sauce

Melt butter in pan, add onion & fry for 5 minutes til soft, add tomato puree & cook for 3 minutes.
Blend remaining ingredients with 150 ml (1/4 pint) water until smooth then stir into the mixture. Bring to boil & boil uncovered for about 10 minutes.
Serves 4
