Leave a dishwasher tablet in it overnight and it will be clean by the morning!

You could try MILTON, which used to be used to sterlise babies feeding bottles.
get pure lemon juice on the plastic food containers then rub hard (if needed to) and then it should come off
Hope i helped!
Invest in (relatively) more expensive type of plastic. Like tupperware, it dont stain. Anything that you get for a dozen for a dollar for would go that way...
Alternatively buy them coloured and not the traditional see-through polythene type - Maybe black, navy blue, etc.

You can't i am afraid.
Bleach
Soaking in bleach and water over night usually gets it off.
make a paste of water, and baking soda. then just rub it in..no odor, no stain
The best is Soft Scrub with Bleach. Rub it and leave it overnight. You will have a new container again. And to take the bleach smell away after rinse with water, rinse with vinegar.
Either soak it in bleach or washing powder (like for clothes), but do rinse it very well after.
