How can I make my pork chop juicy inside and not all dried out???

I don't fry pork chops (because of the fat), so I bake them. And the best thing I've found is the old Shake n Bake for pork chops. It really does keep them moist and juicy.

Cook it in white wine and lots of butter! If you're baking it, try adding a little water. If there's already water in the recipe (Really, either way) try covering your dish, with a lid or alluminum foil.


don't fry it too long. and make sure you beat the meat before you cook it;so it can be soft.

Chef myself I fry them but with a tight fitting cover. After they are mostly done and are brown add just a 1/4 cup of water to the pan. It will boil and steam ferviously. Close up the lid and let it sit with the heat off or on very low for about 5 minutes. It will continue to cook and will be Super juicy!!!!!
