By overcooking them. Ryan's is not known for good food.
do you live in a moist house? Thats the problem. If not then cook it at a higher degree.
You cook them for a long time over a heat lamp.
if you want a dry pork chop....egads I'll never know why. THen just drop it in a skillet and let it fry. It'll dry out really good for you.
