Make your french onion soup. Heat a skillet over med-high heat with 1-2 Tbsp. of oil. Season pork chops with salt and pepper, then brown in the pan for a couple of minutes on either side. Add about 1/2 - 3/4 inch of soup to the pan, cover, and cook for several minutes until done. (Not sure how long this will take, check the internal temperater every few minutes).
