You're grossfirst par boil it to remove skin - dip it in a mix between BBQ sauce lemon and rub a little mint to bring out it's delicate rodent meat taste and just broil for 3 minutes you don't want to over cook it or it loses its shape and hearty taste - eat it with a lightly toasted garlic pita - mmm I'm getting a craving for some now gotta go
