Answers:
Do you want to make spaghetti and meatballs? Or what kind of meatballs? I have a great recipe I would be happy to share with you, but its for spaghetti and meatballs.

Heres my recipe for meatballs:

1 lb ground round
1.5 cups bread crumbs
1 egg
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 tablespoon each: onion powder, garlic powder
1/2 tbsp italian seasoning
salt and pepper
1/2 can of tomato paste
1 medium onion, chopped small

Combine, roll and brown in oil, this is when I normally add them to homemade sauce to simmer. But you could brown them on stove (in a bit of olive oil) in an oven proof pan and then put them in a 350 oven for 20-30 minutes, depending on how big you roll them.

Other Answers:
in the oven....20 minutes or until done
frying can be doe...but less fat when in oven

get meat roll into balls and cook at 350 till done You could cook meatballs with tomato sauce.

i mix ground beef with a diced onion, a raw egg, salt, pepper, and a little chopped fresh parsley. peppres are good too. roll them in balls and fry them slowly in a pan.

on the stove, heat up a skillet, drop meatballs into the pan, cook till brown on sides.

With Italian sauce in the stove, just simmer the meatballs in the Italian sauce, I recommend you the Prego with mushrooms, in a medium high temperature at first, once the meatballs and the sauce start to makes bubles, reduce the heat to medium low and cook them for about 20 minutes. you don't cook balls. You suck them. how are balls meaty anyway? unless...OMG! you eat them?

season meat and roll them in a ball

anyways you must be a culinary enthusiast to answer this question.

well since beatballs are just ground beef, what you want to do is make it taste like a hamburger, not a piece of meat!

anyways, what i suggest you to do is:

first: brining
this ensures that the meat stays moist and that their is some nice flavors in it. first 1/2 cup kosher salt with some sugar amd 1/2 quart water. do so for about 30 minutes.

take out of water. while it is brining, so i want to to saute some onions and garlic in a frying pan with a bit of olive oil and do some until it looks brown!

take the meat and wring it of the water, now comes the marinade

i want you to add some crushed garlic, your onions from previously, worcestshire sauce, and some pepper to taste.

wait like an hour to rest

now here comes the magic:
form into meat balls (more like meat pinches) and what you do is throw them all into a foil bag, add some wine (or soda!) and put the foil encased meatballs on the grill!

Everything tastes better on the grill!, i guarantee it! Basic Meatballs

Stir Together:
1 cup unseasoned bread crumbs
3/4 cup Romano or Parmesan cheese, finely grated
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
3 eggs, beaten
2 Tablespoons dried oregano
1 Tablespoon garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon kosher salt
1 Tablespoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Pinch of nutmeg

Add; Shape:
2 pounds ground chuck

Cover Bottom of Pan with:
1 cup low-sodium beef broth

Preheat oven to 450 Degrees F.

Stir together all ingredients (except the ground meat) in a large mixing bowl.

Add the ground chuck and mix together gently but thoroughly with a fork. Using a portioning scoop or 2 spoons, shape the meat mixture into balls about 2 inches in diameter or 1 1/2 oz. each. Coat a baking sheet or shallow roasting pan with nonstick cooking spray. Space the meatballs on the pan so they're not touching or crowded together.

Cover bottom of pan with beef broth. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the meatballs are just cooked through. Reserve pan juices for your fresh tomato sauce.

Easy and delicious.
