Deer testicles. the old timers used to skin them out , slice thin, and pan-fry in butter. A little too creamy for my tastes

Well, here in cattle country, we fry them just like we do chicken. But you have to split and pop them open first. Coat them in flour with salt and pepper, and fry em up. Cook them about the same amount of time that you would a chicken wing. Great feast!

CG First you have to tenderize the meat with one of those metal hammers.....then follow any of the cooking instructions above.

beat them with a meat tenderizer first then boil them for 2 hours. Season with salt and pepper.

Add a pinch of salt
