Answers:
depends on whether you want them baked or fried. if baked, throw them in the oven at about 350 until done. either way, you can add whatever sauce you like, an easy buffalo sauce is take whatever hot sauce you like and heat it in a pan with butter. the ratio between sauce and butter depends on how hot you want them. for example, we like ours hot so we use 1/4 butter and 3/4 arizona gunslinger hot sauce. adjust accordingly. buffalo wild wings restaurants also sell some pretty good sauces if you don't want to make your own.

Other Answers:
A bottle of Italian dressing (yes, the salad dressing - but NOT the creamy version), dumped over the wings in a shallow pan, covered in the fridge overnight.
Next day, pull 'em out and grill 'em & eat 'em.
*yum*
Hooters makes a sauce you can buy at the grocery store. Season them with salt & pepper, fry them, then put them in a bowl (with a lid) - put the sauce on them - shake & they're ready - talk about GOOOODDDD...
Fry them up and once you get them fully cooked (at LEAST to a temperature of 165 degrees) then take them out of the fryer, season them a little bit, and cover them with your favorite barbecue sauce. Yummy!
buy them from a store!
First start by deep frying them, none of this baking crap. Mix some "Franks", has to be Franks, hot sauce and some margarine until you get the right amount of spice. Some people also add some vinegar, optional though.

Living in Buffalo NY, working for a pizza place here
i cook my chicken wings like this. i put the chicken wings in an oven safe dish, i pour honey and tobasco sauce all over it and put tony's (tony chachere, i'm cajun) then i mix it up really well and bake it in the oven till they are done. it's the best.
first i fry the wings. to make the sauce: in a sauce pan put hot sauce of your choice, butter an a little vinegar.heat until hot, then mix with wings.
oooh-ooohh! I know this one!

using frozen chicken wing sections, open the bag and run the bag full of hot tap water, and then drain- then add about a cup to a cup and a half flour to the bag, and shake well, making sure to cover each piece with flour.
place the sections in an electric skillet with enough vegetable shortening to make a depth of 1/2 an inch and cook covered on low heat for about an hour, turning every 10 minutes- when all the pieces are fork tender, turn up to medium and cook until deep golden browned- remove from skillet and drain briefly on a plate covered with 3-4 paper towels, then place in a glass bowl with cover, and either shake them with your favorite hot sauce, or your favorite BBQ sauce- crispy, tender, and yummy!
also really good with your favorite creamy salad dressing as a dip!
Follow any of these recipes but after you sauce them fry them again for a minute. It makes the sauce stick and is crispy though you can sauce them lightly again.
The BEST hot wings! Seriously, they're so good that when I make them, eveyone swears I went to the local bar and bought 'em! :)
First, deep fry the wings for about 8 minutes. When they start to float in the oil, they're done. You can get a fryolator for about $40 at Walmart and it's the best investment ever.
Take out of the fryer and drain on paper towels.
In a frying pan, melt a stick of butter and about a cup of your favorite hot sauce, but I usually add a bit more. I like Frank's Red Hot and also Trappy's Red Devil sauce.
Put the wings in the pan with the sauce and simmer over very low heat. Turn occassionally. The longer you let them simmer, the more intense the flavor will be!
Enjoy! :)

Lots of experimenting until I found this winner. ;)
I suggest going on-line to Famous Dave's and buying their "CHIKN WING" Seasoning - for starters.

Preparation: Liberally dust chicken wings with Famous Dave's CHICKN Wing seasoning. Combine 1 TBS of Famous Dave's CHICKN Wing seasoning with 2 cups flour, coat the wings thoroughly, then let the wings rest for 10 minutes or so.

Next, place wings in a pre-heated (just over medium) frying pan with coconut or Canola oil, cook until well browned.

Next - Combine another 2 TBS Famous Dave's CHICKN Wing seasoning with 2cups "RedHots" hot sauce (or the equivalent), put wings in a LARGE Ziplock bag, pour sauce over wings, shake to evenly coat. Remove immediately, so wings don't get soggy.

Variations on the Sauce:

-Use 1 Cup Redhots, 1 Cup Picante Sauce for a mexican flavor.
-Use 1 Cup Redhots, 1/2 cup honey, 1/2 cup ketchup and a TBS of melted brown sugar for a Honey-glaze.

Any way you like it - this is delicious!!!

Good Luck!
