Don't forget the couple shots of alcohol with the ice and the fruit.
I use juice (orange), yogurt, ice, and either fresh or frozen fruit, and a little honey (add as much as you like depending on how sweet you want it). Other times, I replace the yogurt with sorbet.
Just put some juice maybe apple or orange juice and add some chunks of fruit and blend them together in the blender and hat makes a smoothie.
put in the juice along with some ice in the blender. u can also add yogurt, ice cream, fruit, etc.....
Depending on the kind of smoothie you want, you can add yogurt, soy milk, milk, peanut butter, coffee, fruit, veggies, herbs, spices or whatever! You can even add alcohol. You do need some type of liquid to make it smooth, and Ice is the key factor! Have fun experimenting!

Ice and juice or u can freeze the juice in ice cubes and blend ;)
take your juice over to the jamba juice store and ask them to do it for you.
