Answers:
I can eat potatoes every day and never get tired of them. Here's one of my favorite variations:

Wash first, then cut small red potatoes in half or quarters so they are bite sized. Leave the skins on. Put them in a plastic bag and pour in some olive oil and salt (use quite a bit of salt). Toss them around until the potatoes are completely coated. Put them in a baking dish so one of the cut sides is down. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Take the foil off and roast for another 15 minutes. Use a metal spatula to turn the potatoes (don't rip off the crust!! That's the best part!) so the other cut side is down. Roast for another 5 - 10 minutes.

They're crisp and salty on the outside, moist and smooth on the inside. The kind of potato you use is important, though. Don't try this recipe with russets (also called Idaho or baking potatoes). They're too dry. Red is best, although golden might also be good.

Other Answers:
With a fork after you cook them (boil, bake, fry, or broil).
poke holes in the potatoes and put them in the microwave for about three minutes on each side
do not eat the skin, it has a whole bunch of dirt on them
i eat them with my eyes

im crazy
wedges them and fry.
And "no clue" on how to spell either : )

Just open up and say "aaaagh""!
peel 'em

cut 'em

boil 'em, fry 'em, bake 'em, etc.

mash 'em (optional)

eat 'em
raw. peel them and dice them and fry them over medium heat in olive oil
Peel, throw in boiling water for about 20 minutes, drain.
If you want mashed, add milk and butter and mash together, if not eat them plain, it<s better for your health.
Enjoy
My Dad taught me to make mashed potatoes at Xmas and Easter. After boiling them, drain and dump into a pot and mash the crap out of them while adding 1/2 stick real butter with desired amount of real milk(choose your thickness consistency) and lots and lots of ground black pepper. You can add more butter to taste later.

This is NOT on the lite menu......
i eat them cooked and cut in pieces like apples but baked.
I cut them into wedges or strips but instead of frying them in oil, I "fry" them in a tiny amount of water. I add seasonings and then eat them with TONS of ketchup.
bake potato - wash it.cut it in the middle (slightly open cut).cover w/foil.bake it for few minutes.get a fork and scrap it.put sour cream.sprinkle w/beacon,onion leaves. (get ur fork then eat.)

mash potato - mash your potato. make a gravy. scope your potato and pour a gravy on top.

steam potato - boil a 2 cups of water. put the potatoes. wait til they cook for a bit (10-15 mins) drain them. there you go!

potato cue - cut potatoes (tin circles). cover it w/sugar. fry it. :D ( you can put it in a stick

well, there are several ways. i usually just stick one in the microwave for about 7 minutes then cut it open and add butter, salt, and pepper. either that or you can add some cheese. thats good too. you can also good potatos in the oven or boil them on the stove. i prefer not eating the skins, but i alot of people like the flavor of them. after cooking the potato, you can also mash it up and make mashed potatos! yummmmm! check out this site for recipes: http://bigspud.com/

LOL, I kinnnd of know the feeling. When I first had to really start cooking some meals on my own when I started college, I bought a bag of potatoes because I LOVE potatoes...but I usually have it made for me already by the restaurant's chef, by my uncle, by my mommy, by my cousin, or someboddddy.

So, experiment...

I had to call moms when I was attempting to make mashed potatoes for the first time...Of course, peel the skin, boil water on the stove, cut potatoes into 8 pieces for faster cooking, dump them in, cook until somewhat soft or preference, place in another pot, pour some milk, squirt some olive oil butter, mix/bash...taaa-daa, LOL

oooo, try topping them with steamed brocoli and cheese, hehe

Or try baked potato, or try making vegetable stew, or try home-frying 'em.
