i mix in tuna fish with it with my mouth-seriously-I like to cut up fried spam and mix it up and eat it like that!! YUM!!!!
Wouldn't know, prefer healthy home cooked vegetables without all the preservatives of pre-packaged food meant for lazy people, sorry.
