Mike said: oh,no,you are wrong.I have found as below for this question(How do you get the egg shell to come off cleanly when cracking a hard boiled egg),it will help you,my kids.
Sometimes the shell comes off so nice, but other times it looks like I have mutilated the egg. Is there something I can do to get it to come of easily every time?
Answers:
This is the BEST trick. Buy the oldest eggs that the grocery store has. IT ALWAYS WORKS!!
Other Answers:
I roll it gently between my palms of my hands. It works for me.
It helps if you peel it while it's submerged in warm water; either that or while holding it under warm running water from your faucet. Make sure the egg is cold, then drop it from a low height untill te shell is shattered all over, then it should come off in one!
roll it gently to crack it, let it cool in cold water, but not entirely cold and crack it under running cool water as it helps remove the shell
roll it very slowly over a paper towelI run cold water over the egg while i peel it. This works really well for me. If you prick a small hole in the end of the egg (the wide end, not the pointy), then a small amount of water will get between the egg shell, and the egg white.
Try it... It makes the shell come off really easily.
My mother taught me to roll the egg on the counter with the palm of your hand, use some pressure and the whole shell should come off, also peeling then under cookl running water helps. The best way though to make a a hard boiled egg peel well, is to cook it properly, put the eggs into a pot of cold water with a tsp of vinegar. Let it come to a boil, lower the heat to a mid boil, for 10 minutes, remove from heat, cover for 5 more minutes. then plunge the eggs into an ice bath ( bowl of water and ice) this will chill it and shrink the internal membrane which when it gets stuck causes the boiled egg to not peel nicely The first top two answers both work for me:) I do find though,if you boil to long,it's harder to peel.
Always check the expiration date on egg cartons... fresh are better.
Peeling method
STEP 1: rolling the egg to prodoce very small shell pieces and "lifts" the membrane away from the egg
STEP 2: running a small trickle of water over the egg as you peel, this gets the water to "float" the membrane up and away from the egg

years of doing it like this with success
crack the shell abit then roll it in the palm of your hands.. Try taking the egg immediately from the hot water and immerse it into a bowl of ice and water cooling it rapidly causing the egg inside to shrink away from the shell. This usually works also remember to add vinegar to your water while boiling this also helps.
just try adding some salt into d water whn u r boiling d eggs.it works!!!Hapi Trying buddy!!
if it works....do let me know

OWN Xperience!!!!!!!!!
ok it has just as much to do with how you cook it. hard boiled eggs should be in rapid boil water for eight min. and put into ice water. Also, whoever said the thing about old eggs is totally right. it's kinda gross but true, find old eggs. I raise chickens so it's hard to wait for that boiled egg some times but the older the egg the better.
