Answers:
Rub your hands on silverware while running water over your hands.
Other Answers:
Rub them on anything stainless steel...
wash your hands in lemon or lime juice. The citric acid will remove the oils of the garlic from your hands and the smell isn't bad either.
Rubbing on stainless steel. I just use the sink since my hands are in there anyway. But you can purchase and egg shaped item made of stainless steel for this specific purpose.
wash them with soap
wash with citris soap, lemon, orange, etc
rub freshly cut lemon wedge on your fingers. it will get rid of garlic smell and will smell nice too.
First of all the easy bit. Don't use it. I can't think of any use of garlic that improves dishes and would never use it. It has an offensive smell and there is a sulphur compound in it that absorbs into the blood. As the blood passes through the lungs to absorb oxygen the smell is exhaled in return, Awful, It makes me feel sick. I can't think of any dish that garlic improves the flavour of either. I have cooked many, many dishes that show garlic as an ingredient and not used it. The resulting dishes are just as good, if not better, that those using it. Around 100 years ago crushed garlic was used as a disinfectant in hospitals to scrub the floors. Killed all germs and made the place stink. The people of many countries, such as India and Pakistan, where garlic is used regularly, add parsley or aniseed seeds to their dishes as these can help nullify the build up of the sulphur salts in garlic and stop bad breath. Sadly these cannot be used to scrub your hands. My solution is either a strong detergent or why not use rubber gloves when handling the stuff?
Hold your fingers against anything stainless steel under running water.
I hope the vampires get quatt47!
Don't rub your hands a lot when washing them after working with garlic in the kitchen. Also use a few drops of lemon juice.
Lemon Juice.
