I love fruits and veggies but I don't eat enough. When I go to the store it all looks very enticing but I sometimes lose creativity and whatever items I buy goes to waste.
I make very very good pico de gallo and I love salads. I like ordinary cheap veggies and know how to sneak them into things like spaghetti sauce.
What other ideas do you all have? I like things fresh, and heated up but not necessarily cooked if that makes any sense. I also love stirfry and know how to make that. I know how to make soup.
I guess what I am asking for is cheap hearty veggie dishes that are easy to make and can stimulate my creativity and perhaps to shake some toxins loose and get on a better path of eating.
Related question is for those of you who regularly get your veggies, how does your stomach feel? I think I may jolt it some because I don't always eat the healthiest. I would hate to think that feeling is normal for healthy eaters.

why don't you try allrecipes.com and look for vegetable dishes. Fruit salad is a good source of fruit, just mix it with pineapple/mandarin orange juice instead of sugar or something else. try to keep all dishes as healthy as possible and you'll get lots of yummy fruits and veggies.
*your greens don't have to be cooked. just keep a veggie tray prepared in the fridge for a week and munch on it until its gone/ruined.*

I love to keep zip baggies in the fridge, filled with broccoli florets, carrot slices, celery, and cukes, they are easy to grab, and are especially good dipped in your favorite low cal dressing. I have regular vegs at meals, but during the day for snacks, they can't be beat. Try the same thing with a navel orange, just section it, or a bag of goodie grapes. These are all pretty cheap, and easy You can make fruit smoothies with the fruit, or make an omelet with veggies in it. I like to steam or boil green beans, but not until soft, I like them crunchy. I like to stir fry vegetables, and sugar snap peas are pretty good to stir fry too. You can also grill vegetables with fruit (make kabobs).
I would suggest that you might try drinking a glass of V8 juice. It has veggies in it and 8 oz. is all you would need with the other vegetables that you eat. Good luck.
You're right about a healthy diet being very important. Unhealthy foods inhibit the immune system, including the cleansing part! I eat only what I know I can handle, and in modest amounts, then add Spirulina. It's considered a whole food, & is cleansing & very balanced.You might enjoy researching:
