Answers:
Try this -
Put your eggs in a pot (making sure not to overpack them). Cover with COLD water to about half an inch over the top of the eggs. Place on a high heat until they come to a "rolling boil" (you'll know when it happens). Turn the heat down to medium and let them cook for about 10 minutes.
When they're done, carefully pour out the boiling water and cover them again with cold. Let them sit for a few seconds and then peel them. I have never had an egg crack with this method (although, never say never!).
Good luck - I hope this helps !
Other Answers:

Take the eggs you want to cook out of the fridge about an hour before boiling. Don't make the flame too high.

either add lots of sugar to the water before you add the eggs or salt. usually works. i use salt since it's so cheap
always start eggs in cold water
You can get a device called an egg piercer basicly it puts a pin prick size hole in the bottom/top of the egg and stops it cracking never used one my self but seen them in the shop
place a spoon in the water

don't know why but it works
YOU DON'T BOIL HARD BOILED EGGS
You bring the water to a boil and turn down to simmer for 20 minutes.

start a cold egg in cold water, let the water and the egg heat together, won't crack
Actually there is no way to insure that an egg will not crack while in boiling water. It depends on the eggs, where they came from how thick the outter shell is. I am a chef & I have boiled them on high heat, low heat heat, cold water first, hot water first. It doesn't matter, there will always be a few of your eggs that will crack. Salt, sugar & spoons do NOT work.
place it gently into a pot of cold water and add salt as it begins to boil let continue for about 6 min and remove with the same spoon.
My favorite way is boil eggs in cold water on Medium or Medium Low Heat. It works all the time. Water have to have one inch over eggs
