Answers:
You first have to buy a small (8oz) container of real yogurt, not gelatin, plain non flavoured or additives. Then take 4 cups of whole/or low fat (skim wont work) milk. Heat it up just till you see small bubbles around the edge. Do not boil. Let cool slightly 5-10 min till you can hold the tip of your finger in it and count to 10 and it doesnt feel like its burning you. Then gently using a wisk, wisk in the cup of yogurt (gently or final product will be bitter). dont worry if you still have a few lumps of yogurt. Pour this mix into a large thermos. like the kind you take on camping trips. Or I have a thermos pot that I take food in potluck. metal inside, plastic thermal outside. Something that seals. Leave this yogurt/milk inside for 12hours, or overnight. In the morning you will have a soft yougurt, which is of kind they eat in middle east, to make it more greek like. put as much of this as you can in a cheese cloth and hang over sink and let drip for 4 hours. You will then have a thicker creamier cheese. You can even drain longer in fridge overnight for thickest.. Makes good dips
