Marnate 4 to 8 hours 24 hours is the best and pound the meat before you marante and then marnate and then place in a baking dish and place in the over covered at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes and pour remaining marnate sauce over the chops and uncover and cook for another 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with green salad and a baked potatoes.
