Spread them out on a Silpat or another brand of nonstick silicone baking mat. They won't stick to the silicone mat.

Put them in a buttered nonstick cake pan instead of using waxpaper spread butter on the wax paper or foil paper before spreading treats
butter your paper.....you just got to be quick with the other.
put some Pam in the wax paper it because of the sticky marshmallowsButter your pan, pour the rice krispie treats on to the pan and let them cool down before even cutting them into squares. Spray the paper with Pam.
