Fry or bake the wings. If you bake them you can dip them in many different flavors of yogurt of any sauce you want to make that is like a pasta sauce. If baking bake them for ten to fifteen minutes first. Then remove and dip. Tongs and a batch of your sauce in a sauce pan will work. Then bake until done.
When frying cook them all the way first. If you use the yogurt solution to create some cool flavors like cherry wings place them in the oven at 400 for 8-10 minutes to cure the yogurt.

butter, i worked at a bar where wings were a big thing. you thin out your hot sauce with melted butter, you can make them as hot or mild as you want by adding more or less butter.
butter, honey and or lime juice
take one third part frank's hot suace to two parts mild barbecue sauce. mix and add 1 tbsp. of melted butter. mix well. start your fire on one end of your grill. close your grill. lightly sprinkle cavendar's greek seasoning on your wings. line a deep pan with HEAVY DUTY ALUMINUM FOIL AND HAVE ANOTHER OVER PIECE OF HEAVY DUTY OF ALUMINUM FOIL FOR COVERING PURPOSES READY TO COVER WINGS WHEN THEY ARE DONE. when grill is heated place your wings at the opposite in of your hot coals. DO NOT have your fire flaming hot or your wings will cook to fast. rotate your wings so the ones closest to the fire will not cook to quickly and the ones fartherest from the fire will hardly cook at all. when cooking your wings leave your grill closed. all in all, rotate each row about every 15 to 20 minutes. cook time should be around 1 hour and 15 minutes. be sure in the last 5 minutes place your sauce mixture in the microwave (cover with a paper towel) and heat for about 1 minute. when the wings are done place them in a DEEP pan lined with HEAVY DUTY ALUMINUM FOIL. IMMEDIATELY, POUR THE SAUCE OVER THE WINGS AND SEAL QUICKLY WITH ANOTHER PIECE OF HEAVY DUTY ALUMINUM FOIL. SHAKE THE PAN OF WINGS COATING YOUR WINGS WITH THE SAUCE. DO NOT OPEN FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES.
note: it is important when the wings are done to move them to the lined pan quickly, pour the sauce over the wings, seal tightly with the foil, shake, and let the wings rest (DO NOT OPEN) for 15 to 20 minutes. dip with either ranch or blue cheese dressing. enjoy!
