I grew up making homemade jams/jellies with my mom and sisters/brother. Mom always used the recipe that came inside the pectin boxes...you can get pectin at any grocery store and I have even seen it at Walmart...The recipe for jams/jellies is essentially fruit, sugar and pectin....sterilize your jars with boiling water or you can run them through the dishwasher as that sterilizes them also...for jams and jellies the best size jars I have found to be the pint sized ones...You can seal the jars with parafin....that is how mom used to seal the jars but I have found that I prefer using my canner/pressure cooker...I go by the instructions that came with the canner/pressure cooker for how long, etc. Check with your manufacturers instructions for the canner/pressure cooker you own.

the quickest and fastest way is go and get some sure gel from the grocery store read the directions on box and make your own frezzer Jam. Saves time and can make the amount you want with little cost.
