Please tell specific details!
Answers:
Haha you want specific. Here's specific.
1. Take 3 eggs. This is really what omlettes are about. The 3 eggs. Scramble them in bowl. If you only want egg whites just separate the egg from the yolk by transferring the yolk between the two broken halves of the shell and it should slide pretty easily away from the white.
2. I like to add 1 tbsp of cream or milk. Usually above 1%. It adds a creaminess and lightness to the omlette. Salt and pepper at your discretion.
3. Now this is essential to any scrambled egg. The temperature. Make sure the heat is on medium to medium low. Too hot and your egg will burn and that sulfur smell is horrible. You can use any oil, butter, or spray that you want to coat the pan but make sure it's well coated.
4. Cook the egg til it forms up just a bit underneat and you know it's browning and then add whatever ingredients you want to the inside.
5. Use a spatula to flip on side of the omlette over to the other and wait a few seconds and then flip the omlette completely over to have it cook on the other side for a few seconds and plate. This way both sides are around the same level of doneness and you don't have to worry about it being runny. If you don't have a spatula you could use your finger to turn the edge of the omlette but thats not safe. You could also learn how to flip the egg inside the pan by a simple flip of the wrist and a little sliding of the egg but thats not really something that you want to try unless you've done it before with something with a little less mass and size.
In any case this is what I would call specific.
Other Answers:
It's impossible. You need eggs and things too.
just scramble eggs in a bowl then pour them in the pan(the has been lightly heated with butter spray.
I usually use about 6 in an average size pan, then add what you would like in it after pouring the eggs in the pan(ham, bacon, cheese, onions, whatever)
let it cook till the egg starts to look soft and fluffy(the bottom will be lightly browned if you lift it with a spatula a little when it gets to that point..
turn half the omelet on top of the other half(like folding it in half) when you can press on it and there is no more runny egg coming out it is done. The way I make them is:
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whip.
Pour into a hot frying pan
Let cook until set up a bit
Pour whatever ingredients (onion, ham, cheese etc.)over egg.
Fold in half and finish cooking on both sides.
