you would take powdered sugar and mix it with a little water then you flavor it with a liqueur and then color it with maybe five to ten drops of red food coloring and there you go

Other Answers:
Add red food coloring to any kind of white icing. You have to add a lot off food coloring because with just a few drops you will get pink.
