I make cheese also( but not Feta), and it isn%26#039;t as easy as you think.
Fist off there%26#039;s many different types.
Greek( the most popular) is made with 70 to 80% sheeps milk and 20-30% goats milk.
The Feta made with cow%26#039;s milk is no where close in quality to that.
You%26#039;ll have fun making it, but you will be disappointed at the end result.
Takes alot of practice.
But try it and have some fun with it.
Here%26#039;s a guy that does it for fun and experiment with all types of cheeses.
