this bakes qiuckly, & no crust preparation,
bake for about 7 mins. first, then take out &
top w/ :
marinara sauce of your choice
olives (black & green)
artichokes
mushrooms, onion, bell pepper, jalepeneo & crushed black pepper & salt to taste
top that w/ mozzarella & cheddar.
Bake for another 7 or 8 mins. or untill cheese maelts.
Done!
total prep. 10 mins, baking time about 15 total!

5. Throw the pizza away and EAT SOME MEAT YOU LAZY SISSY!!!!
on your base put the following things:in a pan heat some butter then put some garlic chopped up some chopped onions some bellpeppers in ring like shapes and 1cup tomato puree or mashed tomato heat all these things put it on your base and add cheese and pepper over it.
you take a bread you put on it the sauce then the tomatoes or what you like to put after that you put the cheese and if you would like to put meat then when you finish you put it in the oven it will take only less than 5 minutes

* you can use non-dairy "cheeses" for the ricotta and mozzerella if you are vegan.
Use pita bread for the crust (pita is fat free). Top with some tomatoe sauce or just use several slices of tomatoe. Put other veggies on such as onion, mushroom, garlic, olives - whatever you like. Sprinkle with cheese- mozarella or feta or whatever you really want. Zap in the microwave for about 45 seconds and enjoy.
