I bought a cored (meaning already peeled) fresh pineapple yesterday. My intention is to cut it up into chunks and split the chunks into serving-size containers. How long will it keep in the fridge? Does it freeze well? Has anybody tried using a vaccuum-pack machine on it?
Answers:
It will keep in the fridge for a couple of weeks (keep it tightly sealed). It doesn't freeze well. A vacuum-pack machine should work quite well.
