just take an electric beater to it. That should make it creamy.
I've zapped it in the micro for a few seconds!
Put under hot water.
microwave it on a medium setting for 20 seconds, check it and repeat if necessary til thawed. I do it all the time
Prepare your desert ahead of time on individual dishes and place your cool whip on top, wrap loosley with clear wrap and place in your refrigerater away from other foods. Place the rest of the cool whip container in the refrigerater. When you serve desert the cool whip will be soft and still cold.
Defrost in microwave for a bit or set in luke warm water for awhile.
