first you need to find Richard Gere. Then let the gerbal crawl into the warm cavity for at least 3 hours, but preferably overnight. This will induce a great degree of natural tenderness and moisture into the rodent. Cook on low.
3 minutes in the microwave. Put in glass pan and cover with water or soup stock
In a Crock Pot.
Gut it skin it and slow cook over low heat on a gas grill turning often. Season with a little dry onion and garlic spice and place a sliver of orange in the area where you took out the guts. YUM YUM
Let it simmer in your a n u s.
Oh, and gerbal is spelled gerbil. Jeez.
And hurting animals on purpose will send you straight to Hell. If you don't believe in Hell, then give me your address so I can come over and kick the turd out of you.
Are you one of those people who thrives on shock value? Gerbils don't make very good eating. Perhaps you should get a job to you can pay for real food.

wow
supper,
As gerbils are in the rodent family, any recipe you would use with squirrels would probably work best. You would probably best enjoy it in a stew or soup, as gerbils are quite small and thus would tend to dry out quite easily if baked or roasted.
I won't ask why you would even consider eating gerbils. They are very small, and unless you breed them, you can only buy them at pet stores. The dollars per gram of edible meat would prove prohibitively expensive.
gross, rotisry.!
Take the skin of the gerbal, then put it inside a boiling pot of water for 30 minutes, during thet process add 3 pieces of tomatoes, a little bit of cabbage, and then put a clove of garlic. Once it's cooked, add a pinch of salt, then devour!

We have determined that the best possible way to cook your gerbil will require 2 hours marinating, then deep frying for approximately 3 minutes or said gerbil may be breaded in corn meal and baked in a slow oven(325 degrees)for about 45 minutes...This will render a sweet, tender, gerbil, with gravy drippings on the side...

Don't know why you would want to unless you're just yankin' our chains but I would strongly recommend a pressure cooker.
You could cook a SHOE in one of those babies and it would turn out tender enough to eat with a plastic fork!
Should take about 20 minutes @ 15psi pressure!
Make it really soft and slippery so it goes up my boyfriend's *** nice and smooth ;)
you deep fry it like a turkey!
PERSONALLY I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF ANYONE EATING THEM AND IF YOU HAVE ANY PETS, YOU MIGHT WANT TO GET RID OF THEM AND HOPEFULLY SOMEONE WILL WARN YOUR NEIGHBORS TO HIDE THEIR PETS AND MAYBE HIDE THEIR KIDS TOO.
